Been re-watching Retribution (for inspiration purposes only, of course) and something occurred to me. Bush refuses to support Horatio and Archie's idea to attack the fort overland at first, but then he changes his mind and suggests that they go ahead with it. We have no idea what made him change his mind. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm working on my alphabet soup fic and it got me thinking about foreign languages.
